Coming next week: The biggest bar night of the year! Thanksgiving Eve is Wednesday, Nov. 25. Time to drink your face off. (But please be safe!) Don’t know what you’re doing yet? Hop on the FREE shuttles provided by the Night Move and friends, from Fishbones in St. Clair Shores, Excalibur in Grosse Pointe, and the Wings game at the Joe, to get to the Night Before Thanksgiving at the Rooster Tail. Please note: This Thanksgiving Eve, we will also be running our regular Royal Oak—Ferndale—Detroit route, 6pm to 3am, so grab your spots while you can at thenightmove.com/book-it.

Some stuff this weekend:

On Friday, Nov. 20, join Inside Detroit for their famous annual pre-lighting happy hour bar tour. Begin by drinking like an “insider,” and end at Campus Martius for the tree lighting ceremony. Happy holidays!

Saturday, Nov. 21: The next Taste-full Tour will be taking place, the Chow Bella tour. Follow the Lauras to learn (and taste) great things about wine, cheese, pasta and maybe a vegetable or two. Book your spots now; they’re filling up quick!

Congrats, buses! You’ll be so happy together!

Just kidding, they’re not that kind of engaged. What they are is all booked up for private events this weekend—so unfortunately we won’t be able to run our regular route Friday or Saturday night.

Deepest apologies. Looks like we’ll need to snag a couple more buses in the very near future, huh? We’ll keep you posted.

The Night Move will be running extended hours to get you to all the Red Wings playoff games at the Joe.

Game 1, this Thursday: 5pm and 6pm downtown with uptown trips at 10:30pm and 11:30pm (or if the game runs long, 15 minutes and 1 hour, 15 minutes after it ends).

Game 2, this Saturday: The Night Move will start running at 4pm, and we’ll have another downtown run at 5pm, to kickoff our regularly scheduled Saturday night route.

Hop on the Night Move, and then grab a token from your driver to take the People Mover from Greektown to Joe Louis.
