-Must be a minimum of 21 years old to ride.
-No alcohol on the bus.
-No refunds or returns.
-All passengers must present ID and printed ticket, or confirmation email on cell phone upon entering the bus. No exceptions.
-All passengers must conduct themselves in an orderly manner for the duration of the ride.
-The bus driver reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any passengers for offensive, unsafe, or disorderly conduct.
-The bus will stop for 2 minutes at each pick up location. Please allow a 10 minute window around scheduled stop time for arrival of the bus.
-Departure times are set and passengers missing the bus are welcome to ride at another time on the same date, though they are not guaranteed a space if all subsequent buses are booked to capacity.
-The Night Move LLC. reserves the right assess monetary charges to passengers responsible for any destruction made to the inside or outside of the vehicle during shuttling hours. This includes a $100 cleaning fee for vomiting or urination inside the vehicle.
-By purchasing a ticket, both online and at the door, Guest agrees to comply with the terms and conditions, as set forth by The Night Move LLC, regarding parties’ use of their vehicle(s). Guest knowingly assumes the risk that, in the case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of use as set forth independently by The Night Move, Guest may be asked to terminate their ride. In the event that Guest is asked to terminate their ride with Transportation Provider, Guest indemnifies Seller against any such action(s) commencing therefrom.
